Application procedure for intermediate and graduation level:
- The newspaper advertisement accepts applications for the Intermediate and Graduation Levels.

Selection guidelines for the scholarship:
- The selection process for Master’s level scholarships is comparable to that of PEEF special quota scholarships.
- Students must be from minority communities and must have Punjabi residence.
- They must also have passed the BA/BSc/BCOM/BS/BBA or equivalent annual examinations within the last three years with at least 60% of the possible points or a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.

Qualifications
- A legitimate PhD admission offer from a university ranked among the world’s top 50 (subject wise) in the selected topic areas (www.peef.org.pk/cmms)
- 60% or above on all of your academic assignments.
- Maximum age of 35 years at the time of application submission; declared monthly family income (including self, spouse, and parents) equals or is less than PKR 200,000.
- never received a foreign scholarship before.
- The scholarship cannot be carried over to the next year; it must be accepted in the year it is offered.
- All male and female citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply.
Exception:
Currently employed permanent or regular faculty members of Pakistan’s public teaching and educational institutions are not qualified to apply for a PhD abroad scholarship.
Coverage of Scholarships:
The following expenditures of Ph.d. are fully covered by scholarships given out under CMMS:
- 100% of the cost of tuition, board, and lodging (at the permitted rates)
- Travel insurance for health
Discipline-wise Scholarship Distribution
- Science-related fields are eligible for 80% of the scholarships.
- Scholarships in the arts and social sciences/humanities are limited to 20%.

AJK Scholarships – PEEF:
A gift of Rs. 750 million has been given by the Punjabi government to create the AJK Educational Endowment Fund(KEEF) . Next, the goal of such a foundation is to give brilliant and financially disadvantaged AJK students the opportunity to pursue higher education through scholarships. Besides, the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) would oversee and run the planned AJK Endowment Fund until an endowment fund is established.
Qualifications:
Scholarships for the Intermediate and Graduate Levels in AJK:
A student needs to possess:
- AJK domicile
- Completed the yearly Intermediate or Matriculation Examination held by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Mirpur, AJK
- obtained a minimum of 60% in the test as mentioned earlier
- obtained full-time enrollment in a conventional school within the same academic year after passing the intermediate or matriculation exam
- Parents’ declared monthly income (from all sources) is Rs. 60,000 or less.
- The student must fit into at least one of the following S.Q. categories to be eligible for a Special Quota Scholarship:
- Children Without Parents
- Offspring of BPS 1-4 government employees (eligible for both active and retired government servants)
- Youngsters who practice a minority religion
- particular youngsters with disabilities
- The kids of innocent citizens killed by terrorists and if a government employee’s pay is their entire source of income, their children in BPS 1–4 are excluded from the income restriction criterion.

Scholarships for Master’s Level Education:
